ArborCare really cares. I have a single tree in my yard—a beautiful, mature black walnut. Jason's primary approach was to do what was necessary to save the tree. When it was determined it couldn't be saved, the cost to remove it was very reasonable. ArborCare was not the only company who came to look at the tree. Every estimate recommended its removal due to extensive decay in the main trunk. When providing the estimate, ArborCare included a photo of the problem area, their liability insurance, and worker's comp certificate. Their professionalism carried through when doing the work. We opted to not have the tree and limbs chipped as I have an uncle who heats his home with wood. Both my uncle and I were very impressed with the care and time given to sort the large pieces from the smaller branches. It made clean up much easier for us. I highly recommend ArborCare.

ArborCare Tree Service is your best option! We were so pleased from the estimate to the clean up we just couldn't be more impressed with each and every employee that took care of our huge oak tree. Everyone was professional, focused, knowledgeable and it was obvious that ArborCare's employees had been trained in safety and put that first. This huge tree of ours was hanging over electric lines as well as large branches extending over the front of our roof. We were also impressed with the equipment that ArborCare utilizes, not having employees needing to climb trees with chainsaws shows ArborCare cares about their employees. All of this AND ArborCare was the cheapest estimate I received from the four I had! I research alot before I hire someone so if you're not trying to spend a bunch of time researching, you can't go wrong with ArborCare! I will absolutely be referring my friends and family who are in need of tree services.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about ArborCare. From Josh coming out to give us an estimate, to Ivan and his crew doing an amazing job! They showed up on time and went right to work. They did an amazing job cleaning up that you wouldn’t know 2 trees were taken down. I would definitely use ArborCare again and highly recommend them.

Received an estimate earlier for one price, decided that we would like to get other trees accessed along with my neighbors. When the rep came out he stopped me from coming outside by stating 'before you come out' the last rep that provided a quote was fired and all of his estimates were under by half of what they could do. H did not seem interested in doing an estimate or the work, not even a clipboard or estimating documents in hand, just wanted to say that they would not honor the previous estimate.

I've called Arborcare twice now for tree and brush removal jobs. Communication, quality of work, and follow through is great. Would recommend.
