I work in the luxury hospitality wedding/event world. I have to provide high-end service and also navigate constantly changing event scenarios. In other words, I have good teams and we think on our feet for the sake of the client. Ironically, we had Harrison’s preschedule to cut down a dead tree and grind the stump on Monday. Hurricane Helene hit on the Friday before. That weekend was a nightmare for events and also for tree services. It’s honestly eye opening how many non-EMS businesses also work under extreme conditions around the clock. Thankfully our already dead tree didn’t hit the house, but a good 1/3 of it fell in the storm. Harrison’s staff called us to get permission to move our tree removal back 2 days in order to take care of more 911 tree/house issues. We totally understood more emergency needs. When they did show up today, they came in blazing with 3 trucks, a wood chipper and a team of 8+. With the storm damage, we were the 9th job they had that day at 4pm. The staff was crazy efficient, kind, and went above and beyond. They took down our bad tree, cut dead/damaged branches off of another, raked the lawn and leaf blowed the driveway and sidewalk. It literally took them under 25 minutes. They swooped in like a crew of gangster locusts picking everything clean like bosses! I know they’re running post hurricane on no sleep and too many jobs, but they handled the pressure and exhaustion like champs! Kudos to the owners, team leaders and team! We appreciate the hard work you do under extreme conditions!
The job was completed to my satisfaction for the price quoted. The cleanup afterward was great. This is a professional organization, and they do a great job. I do recommend Harrison's Pro Tree Service.
The scheduling process was easy, and because my schedule changed twice after the initial date was set, they easily accommodated my changes. On the day of the work the crew leader asked me what I was thinking in terms of trimming and then gave me his plan after that. There were six or seven of them and the accumulating branches and trimmings were raked up and hauled to the chipping truck about as fast as they landed. My yard when they were done, was probably cleaner than when they started. They were all enthusiastic as they engaged me and made me feel like they cared about doing good work. They only had 2 six-year-old weeping Willows to trim, so the whole job took about an hour and they were gone. I really can’t imagine how this could have gone better.
Harrison's Pro Tree Service is an amazing tree service company and crew! From the free estimate to the completion of the project, all went smoothly. These are professionals in an established reputable company. The estimate was clear, concise, and fair. The crew arrived on time, dressed in OSHA approved equipment, supplied proof of insurance in advance, reviewed the project with me before starting work, took precautions to protect my property, and left everything in perfect condition. Trustworthy, safe, and great work! I will hire them again for my future tree needs.
