I work in the luxury hospitality wedding/event world. I have to provide high-end service and also navigate constantly changing event scenarios. In other words, I have good teams and we think on our feet for the sake of the client. Ironically, we had Harrison’s preschedule to cut down a dead tree and grind the stump on Monday. Hurricane Helene hit on the Friday before. That weekend was a nightmare for events and also for tree services. It’s honestly eye opening how many non-EMS businesses also work under extreme conditions around the clock. Thankfully our already dead tree didn’t hit the house, but a good 1/3 of it fell in the storm. Harrison’s staff called us to get permission to move our tree removal back 2 days in order to take care of more 911 tree/house issues. We totally understood more emergency needs. When they did show up today, they came in blazing with 3 trucks, a wood chipper and a team of 8+. With the storm damage, we were the 9th job they had that day at 4pm. The staff was crazy efficient, kind, and went above and beyond. They took down our bad tree, cut dead/damaged branches off of another, raked the lawn and leaf blowed the driveway and sidewalk. It literally took them under 25 minutes. They swooped in like a crew of gangster locusts picking everything clean like bosses! I know they’re running post hurricane on no sleep and too many jobs, but they handled the pressure and exhaustion like champs! Kudos to the owners, team leaders and team! We appreciate the hard work you do under extreme conditions!
This was our first experience with Harrison’s Pro Tree, we will be back. We have two very large trees framing our front doors that need to be symmetrical. It has been a struggle to find a company that understands. They did an excellent job making sure we were satisfied with the results. We also had a large tree in the backyard trimmed. We have used Harrison's Pro Tree service for over 10 years. They have removed many trees from our 4 acre lot . They are by far the most professional of any contractor we have used. Too many contractors either don't show up, leave a mess, or do a poor job. Not Harrison's. From Denise giving a timely quote to the crew showing up exactly on time, we are never disappointed. Denise is a certified arborist who can give expert advice on tree care. They can take down a huge tree and not even leave sawdust! The best.
