Lexy and his crew were so knowledgeable and thoughtful about the very large tree in my front yard. I really appreciated the professionalism of the crew, the nice job they did with clean up, and the care they took with my tree. You won’t be disappointed!
From the initial consultation through the clean-up from my tree trimming, Lexi and his crew could not have been more professional or personable. It is clear that they all truly care about the health of the trees and the satisfaction of the customer. Dave used a handsaw on the smaller branches, and all the cuts were carefully and meticulously done. I am absolutely delighted with their work and their attitude.
Simple thanks was a pleasure to work with. Lexy and his crew are knowledgeable and skilled certified arborists. Beside providing excellent care in removing our 90 year old Silver Maple worked patiently with us to deal with the three neighbor project for our ‘property line’ tree. They detailed the options available in regard to the tree’s health and the neighbors’ concerns. We are very impressed with their expertise, and thoroughness. The removal of our tree and the ‘clean up’ were accomplished expediently and with care.
We had a fairly hard job for SimpleThanks. Previous owners had let 8 trees grow too close to our new house. None were easy to access by crane and over our house and on a steep hill. In collecting bids OTHER tree services recommended Simple Thanks as the best crew for the job. Lexy and his crew did an amazing job dropping 8(!!) large mature trees in one day, left our yard and drive in immaculate shape, and even chunked the nicest ones for firewood for me to split later.
